How long does it take to dispatch my item?

Order can take up to 3/4 weeks to make and dispatch . You will be updated on the progress before shipping. Shipping times will depend on location.

What are your openings hours?

Monday to Friday 8 - 6pm.

Please allow a longer reply time outside of these hours

Can I request that you don't remake my custom order for other people?

No. While you can customise any of my designs with various fabrics and alterations , please bare in mind that they are still my designs, and therefore I reserve the right to sell the same designs to other customers. I often post photos of my custom sets onto social media, which helps to generate more orders and keeps my little business from growing

Can your items be used as swimwear?

Some of items are suitable for swimwear and we be stated on the listing whether this is suitable for swim.

Are the items lined?

All of our items are fulled lined unless stated on the listing.

Are the tops padded?

This is an optional extra which can be added at checkout.

Is there a charge for made to measure?

Yes there is a small fee of £5 added for made measure. Even though i would like to offer this for free. It takes some time to create individual patterns. Thank you for your understanding and support.

How do i return or exchange an item?

Do you use elastic in the garments?

Yes all tops and shorts have elastic. This is added for performance and fit of the garment.
