All items are made to order, we cannot accept refund or returns (unless there is an issue with the garment)

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact [email protected] or get in touch via the 'contact us' page, or via Instagram DM (@perfectlypeachypolewear). I always aim to respond to all emails within 48-72 hours on working days, and will do my best to help. 

pole wear bottoms is non refundable for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty through any fault of ours. If this is the case, get in touch.

Exchanges

I cannot accept any exchanges on made to measure garment or custom made items.

If you have purchased an item in a standard sizing, you can exchange this item for another standard size.

The item will need to be returned in original unworn condition within 21 days at own cost. Please make sure you use a trackable service and retain proof of shipping.

Please make sure when providing measurements you provide the accurate measurements using the guides

If you require a size amendment please let us know with 14 days (charges apply) buyer pays for return postage.
